Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable use of the HeiBuddyAI platform, including referrals, the investor room and support.
1. Honest use
Do not misrepresent who you are, register on behalf of someone without authority, or create multiple accounts to obtain benefits more than once.
2. Referral integrity
Self-referral, duplicate registrations, fabricated conversions and reassignment of attribution after conversion are prohibited and reverse any commission.
3. Investor materials
Documents in the information room are confidential, released to your account only, and may not be copied, forwarded or published. Every view and download is logged.
4. Platform security
Do not probe, scan or bypass authentication, interfere with other accounts, or automate access at a rate that degrades the service.
5. Enforcement
Breach may result in warning, suspension, closure, reversal of benefits, and referral to authorities. We decide the remedy.
