Payment Policy

How payments are authorised and verified, what happens when one fails, and how disputes, chargebacks and taxes are handled.

1. Processor

Payments are collected by Cashfree (or a successor we appoint). We do not store full card numbers. A subscription activates only when the processor confirms the payment to our servers.

2. GST

Prices are shown GST-exclusive on charged months, with 18% GST added. The tax invoice is the record of supply. Karnataka supplies are split CGST/SGST; others are IGST.

3. Failed payments

A failed, expired or cancelled session does not create a subscription. You may retry. Duplicate successful charges are refunded under the Refund policy.

4. Chargebacks

Contact support before raising a chargeback. We will contest chargebacks we consider invalid. Accounts under dispute may be suspended.
