Community & Safety Policy

How partners are verified, what is expected during a service, how to report a safety concern and what we do about it.

1. Partner verification

Partners must complete identity, GST and bank checks before listing. We may refuse or remove a listing that cannot be verified.

2. Conduct

Harassment, threats, discrimination, and any attempt to take a transaction off-platform to evade these rules is prohibited.

3. Reporting

Report a safety concern from Support or to support@heibuddy.ai. We will log it, and we may suspend accounts while we look into it.

4. Our role

We operate a technology platform. We are not the provider of the underlying service and we are not on site. We act on reports in good faith and at our discretion.
