Subscription Policy
What Elite is, how it is priced and billed, when it becomes active, and what happens at the end of the term.
1. What you are buying
A prepaid early-access membership to the pre-launch platform and the benefits listed for your plan. It is not a subscription to a live service, because no service category is operational yet.
2. Plans and pricing
Consumer Elite is 3 years at ₹499/month with 12 months free (₹14,131.68 incl. GST). Platinum is 5 years with 24 months free (₹21,197.52 incl. GST). GST is 18% on charged months.
3. Tax and totals
The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. A GST tax invoice is issued on success. For Karnataka billing we split CGST and SGST; otherwise IGST.
4. One-time billing
The full term is charged once via Cashfree. Plans do not auto-renew. No further amount is taken without a new purchase you initiate.
5. Activation
Your subscription activates only when Cashfree confirms the payment to our servers. Until then the account shows payment pending.
6. Credits
Year-1 credits grant on activation. Later years grant on each anniversary. Credits are not cash-out. We may specify eligible categories. Unused credits lapse 30 days after term end.
7. Term and expiry
Your term starts on activation. At the end it expires and you may move to whatever plans are then available, at then-current prices.
8. Changes
Plans, prices and benefits for new purchases may change at any time. Changes do not alter the prepaid price of a subscription you have already bought. Operational details of credits and the product may be updated.
