Partner Terms

Terms for a business listed on the platform: eligibility, verification, service standards, pricing, liability and termination.

1. Eligibility

You must be a business operating lawfully in India, with GSTIN where required, and a bank account in the business name.

2. Listing

A listing goes live only after verification. We may decline, pause or remove a listing at our discretion, including where documents are incomplete.

3. Service standards

You are the provider of the underlying service. You honour the price, timing and quality you publish. We are not your agent for the service itself.

4. Termination

Either party may end the partnership on written notice. Prepaid partner terms are not refunded except under the Refund policy. We may terminate immediately for fraud or safety.
