Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect during the early-access period, why, how long we keep it, and the controls you have. We process personal data as a data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
Registration details you give us (name or business name, email, mobile, city or service category), subscription and payment records, support tickets, consent records, and technical data such as device and access logs.
2. Why we collect it
To create and verify your account, take and confirm payment, issue invoices, deliver benefits, answer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Data minimisation
We ask for what a step needs and no more. Optional fields are optional.
4. Payments
Card and UPI credentials are handled by Cashfree. We store the transaction outcome, reference and invoice, not your card details.
5. Sharing
We share data with processors that operate the platform — payment, email, SMS and hosting — under contract, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account and transaction records are kept while the account is active and thereafter for the period tax and accounting rules require. Referral and commission history is retained as a financial record.
7. Your controls
You may access and correct your details, export your data, withdraw marketing consent, and request deletion. Deletion does not remove records we must retain by law.
8. Security
Credentials are hashed, access is role-based, and critical actions write audit records. No method is perfectly secure; you use the platform at your own risk to that extent.
