Intellectual Property Policy
Who owns the platform and the brand, what licence you get, what happens to your content and how to report an infringement.
1. Our IP
The HeiBuddy and HeiBuddyAI names, marks, software, copy and design are owned by Yugasys Software Private Limited or its licensors.
2. Your licence
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform as offered. No other licence is granted.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate the platform.
4. Infringement reports
Write to legal@heibuddy.ai with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We may remove content while we review.
