Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, when a refund is available, and how it is calculated. Displayed and accepted before payment.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel from your dashboard or raise a support ticket. Cancellation is timestamped.
2. Cooling-off window
A full refund of the amount received by us, less payment-gateway charges and any tax already remitted that cannot be recovered, is available if you request it within 7 days of activation and have not spent credits.
3. After the window
After 7 days the prepaid term is non-refundable. Elite funds pre-launch development. Cancelling stops future benefits but does not refund the term, except where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law requires otherwise.
4. Credits on refund
Any refund reverses unused credits. Spent credits are deducted from the refund at face value.
5. Chargebacks
Contact support before raising a chargeback. Accounts subject to a chargeback may be suspended while the dispute is investigated. We will contest chargebacks we consider invalid.
6. Our discretion
We may issue a refund outside this policy where we are unable to deliver a benefit you paid for. That decision is ours.
