Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the HeiBuddyAI early-access platform operated by Yugasys Software Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying, you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Pre-launch status
HeiBuddyAI is in development. No service category described on the platform is operational today. India beta is intended for early 2027, first in Bengaluru and Mysuru; other cities will follow at our discretion. We make no commitment as to a launch date, feature set, city coverage or partner availability. Nothing on the platform is a guarantee that a specific service, category or feature will be released.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details. One verified email maps to one account. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under the account. We may refuse, merge or close accounts we reasonably believe are duplicate, automated or abusive.
3. Early-access subscription
An Elite subscription buys the benefits described at checkout for the term you purchase. It is billed once, does not auto-renew, and activates only when Cashfree (or our then-current payment provider) confirms the payment to our servers. A browser success screen never activates a subscription.
4. Credits
Each year of the paid term, we grant wallet credits equal to 25% of the plan value you paid. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, have no surrender value, and may be spent only on HeiBuddy services we designate. Unused credits lapse 30 days after the term ends. We may reverse credits granted in error or in connection with a refund or chargeback.
5. Roles and access
Consumer, partner, investor and employee accounts see only what their role is authorised for. Roles are assigned by us. Attempting to access another role’s data is a material breach.
6. Partner obligations
Partner accounts must supply accurate business information and complete verification before appearing in any catalogue. We may decline, suspend or remove a listing that cannot be verified or that we consider inconsistent with the platform.
7. Acceptable use
You will not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, misrepresent identity, manipulate referrals, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account immediately for fraud, payment reversal abuse, referral manipulation, security violations, chargebacks, or misuse, and will tell you why where we are reasonably able to. We have no obligation to provide service during a suspension.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The version you accepted is retained on your account. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform. Prepaid terms already paid are not re-priced, but operational rules (credits, cities, features, support) may change.
10. Intellectual property
The HeiBuddy and HeiBuddyAI names, marks, software, copy and design are owned by us or our licensors. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the platform as offered.
11. No warranty
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” during a pre-launch period. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the then-current Elite term, or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is void.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Yugasys Software Private Limited, its directors, officers and employees against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the platform.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by us. Proceedings shall be in English. You waive any objection to this forum.
15. Entire agreement
These terms, the policies published on this site, and the plan you purchase form the entire agreement. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your account without our written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
